I started both because I have a lot of spare time. Menu planning is a lot easier when you have a stocked pantry, and you know how to cook with what you have already. One of my favorite dishes to cook is Shepherd's Pie. Mushrooms is my favorite all-around ingredient, and Curry Powder has been the best surprise I have had so far. cooking and baking is so much fun.
